"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich

Ingredients:
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped in small pieces
Salt
Pepper
Frozen bread dough in loaves (Rhodes works great)
Cheese
Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and hamburger. Salt and pepper until it releases a little water. Add chopped cabbage. Cover and cook, stirring often until hamburger is brown and cabbage is soft. Keep mixture warm. Roll bread dough on floured surface and cut into 4 squares about the size of your hand. Put cabbage meat mixture into middle of bread squares. Add cheese, if desired. Bring corners together like an envelope. Place seam side down on a baking sheet. Let rise until puffy (the warm meat mixture makes it rise fast). Bake at 350 degrees until bread is brown. Brush lightly with melted butter. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
