1 ea. (1 – 3 lb.) roast of any kind
1/2 large onion, cut in 1/4ths
1 bag small carrots
2-4 potatoes, cut into pieces
1-2 cans Campbell’s French Onion Soup
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In bottom of crock pot, place potatoes and carrots. Lay roast on top of vegetables and sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired. Put onion pieces on top and then pour soup over all. Cook on low setting for approx. 10 – 12 hours.
