1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained well
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 pkg. (1.15 oz.) dry beef mushroom soup mix
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup (2 oz.) fine egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In 4 to 6 quart slow cooker combine cooked beef and all ingredients EXCEPT mixed vegetables and noodles. Mix well, cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Approx. 20 minutes before serving, add mixed vegetables and noodles. Mix well and cook 20 minutes until mixed vegetables are crisp-tender and the noodles are tender.
