1 can evaporated milk
1 can warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
6 - 7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, warm water and yeast together and let sit for a few minutes. Add sugar, salt, oil and flour to yeast mixture; mix and knead well. Let rise in large bowl in a warm place for approx. 1 hour. Knead and make into rolls and allow to rise to desired size (approx. 1 hour). Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Use oil on hands instead of flour. Contributor has found that Hungarian High Altitude Flour works great!
