2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 cup Franks Red Hot sauce (or other)
10 oz. bag tortilla chips
2 cups cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, toss chicken in sauce and butter. Lay chips, chicken mixture and cheese in baking dish. Bake nachos at 350 degrees for 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Garnish as desired with black olives, tomatoes, green onion, chopped green chilies, etc.
