2 garlic cloves
2tbslp sesame oil
1/4c minced scallions
2 carrots peeled & thinly sliced
2 med stalks of celery thinly sliced
1lb med shrimp
1/2lb sea scallops
1/4c chicken broth
1/2c chopped bok choy
1/2c snow peas
3tblsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mince the garlic. In a wok, heat the sesame oil. Add the garlic and scallions; stir-fry for 3 min. Add the shrimp & scallops; stir-fry for 1 min.
Stir in the broth; cover the wok and cook 1 min.
Add the bok choy, snow peas & soy sauce.
Cook, covered for 2min.
Serve hot w/plenty of rice
