2 whole boned chicken breasts, cut in half
s&p to taste
4tblsp flour
4tblsp butter
1/4lb prosciutto
1/2lb swiss cheese
3tblsp parmesan cheese
1/3c chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle breasts w s&p. Place flour in small paper bag; add breasts. Shake well until coated. Melt butter in heavy skillet & brown breasts. Place side by side in shallow baking dish. Place a slice of prosciutto and a slice of swiss cheese over each breast. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Pour stock over and bake in 350 oven for 10-15 min.
