6c sliced romaine lettuce
1/2lb grape tomatoes
4c shredded cooked chicken
2 ripe avocadoes, peeled and diced
1 lge red onion, peeled and diced
3/4lb peeled, cooked shrimp
1c chunky blue cheese dressing (low fat)
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced lettuce in bottom of lge glass salad bowl/pack down slightly
On top of lettuce neatly layer tomatoes, avocado, chicken, red onion and shrimp
Press down lightly to compress
Spread with dressing/refrigerate at least one hour
Sprinkle w bacon just before serving
