2 1/2c Bisquick
4tblsp cold butter
1 heaping c grated cheddar
1/4 cold milk
1/4tsp garlic powder
TOPPING:
2tblsp melted butter
1/2tsp galic powder
1/4 tsp dried parsley
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400
Mix Bisquick w butter using pastry cutter (there should be pieces of butter the size of peas)
By hand, mix in cheese, milk, 1/4tsp garlic pwdr.
Don't over mix
With ice cream scoop drop 1/4c portions of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 15-17 min or until biscuit tops are golden
Use brush to spread garlic butter topping on biscuit tops
