Potatoes - A few :)
Onion - 1
Mushroom (1 large can)
Sausage - 1 lb
Eggs - 1 dz
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Crescent Rolls (Enough to cover the top of the casserole)
Pam Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes round and brown w/ onion. Fry sausage. Add mushroom when sausage is browned and heat mushrooms through. Scramble eggs. Spray casserole dish w/ Pam. Layer potatoes, cheese, sausage, eggs until used up.
Top w/ crescent rolls (laid out flat). Brown in oven until crescent rolls are brown (use directions on package).

My mom's friend Dorothy made this w/ mimosa's and cut up fruit for a brunch, and it was DELICIOUS!!!!!
