3 lbs. flank steak - cut into very thin slices
1 large onion - thin slices
2 bell peppers - thin slices (optional)
1 pkg. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 pkg. sliced provolone cheese
1/4 pkg. velveeta cheese
2 pkg. hoagie buns

Directions:

Spray 2 skillets with pam cooking spray - place thinly sliced meat into one skillet and the onion, bell peppers, mushrooms into other skillet with about 4 T. of water. Cook meat until brown- remove from stovetop - layer cheese on top of the meat and let melt - stir so the cheese is coating the meat. Cook veggies until tender. Place meat/cheese on hoagie buns then add the veggies that you want.

I sprinkled meat tenderizer on the steak once I sliced it and squirted a little Italian dressing on it and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before cooking.
