3-4 Chicken breasts
3/4 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery
small jar of Wylers Chicken granules
1-2 tsp garlic powder
2 1/2 cups Minute Cream Of Wheat cereal
5-6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts in a large soup pot with 3/4 cups carrots and 1/2 cup celery. Add 3 tbsp Wylers chicken granules and 1-2 tsp garlic powder. Cook for 1-1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken and add more water to fill pot 3/4 full and add rest of the jar of chicken granules. Bring to boil. In a bowl, beat 5-6 eggs and add 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups of Cream of Wheat until batter is thick. Let sit one minute and then drop 1/2 iced tea spoonfuls into boiling soup. Return chicken to pot. Cover and simmer about five minutes until dumplings are fluffy.
