10-12 Potatoes, peeled and diced.
1 pk Sirloin Tip Steak
Oil for frying
Salt and Pepper for seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan add the oil and put on medium to high heat, slowly start adding the potatoes, stirring occasionally.
While the potato's are frying, take a baking dish and fill with water, add salt & pepper, add the sirloin tips in the water. and put in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes on 450.
Stir potato's and add salt and pepper.

Get a bowl and a strainer to put the potato's in, when they are done frying, so the grease will drain off the potato's. after about two minutes put taters in a bowl with lid.

When Sirloin tips are done, drain the water and add tips to the fried potato's and mix together. add more salt and pepper if needed.
