Left over mashed potatoes, cooked pumpkin, bacon, onion, milk, tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Fry 1/2 pound of bacon with an onion. Add left over mashed potatoes, about 1 cup fresh pumpkin and slice a couple of carrots into it. Add milk, before serving cut fresh green onion into the soup. Add tumeric to taste

Boys, this soup was inspired the evening you took Peter skating for his birthday. Suzie and Tina came home from downtown and were going to warm up leftover potatoes again for supper!! I could not stand the thought of the girls eating wamed up mashed potatoes again and so created this soup with our second Thanksgiving leftovers. It was an absolute hit!
