Crust
1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup confectioners sugar
3/4 cup softened oleo

3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 Tbls. flour
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, confectioners sugar and butter then pat into 13X9 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy.
Pour over hot crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until light brown.
Cool on a rack and dust with confectioners sugar.
