8 lbs cabbage
8 onions
1/2 gallon green tomatoes
1 gallon sweet pepper (red & green mixed(
2 hot peppers
2 1/ cups vinegar
4 cups sugar
3 Tbsp salt

Grind cabbage, onions, tomatoes & peppers
in food chopper.
Mix vinegar, sugar and salt together and to
cabbage. Boil for at least for 10 minutes.
Put in Jars.

Makes 15 Pints.
