1 pkg boneless chicken breast 1-2 cups flour 1 egg (optional) 1 cup milk (optional)
Cook on 365 or medium.
Cut up chicken breast. Roll in flour. Or, For it to coat better mix egg and milk together, Dip the chicken in the milk mixture, Then roll in flour. Drop each piece in Fryer, for 10 minutes, if not fully cooked, cook for 5 more minutes.
