5 Ibs. russet or gold potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
3 to 4 tbsp. minced roasted garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes or until soft when pierced with a knife; drain well. Transfer to a large bowl and mash until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients, then season with salt and pepper.
