1-1/2 lb ground beef or venison
1/2 c. of rice
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 t. pepper
3 T chopped onion
1 c. milk

1 c. catsup
3 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
1/2 c. water

Combine ground beef, rice, crackers, salt, pepper, onion and milk. Form into small meatballs and place in baking dish.
combine all sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for one hour.
