1 cup instant cocoa
6 Tbsp hot water
4 cups sifted powder sugar
1/2 cup Butter ( 1 stick)
6 Tbsp softened butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa & hot water in a mixing bowl. Stir only until dissolved. Add 2 cups sugar and stir until smooth.
Add butter or margarine, beat well. Add remaining sugar gradually, beating after each addition, until
smooth and of spreading consistency.
