Ingredients:  
1/2 Ib. Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. kale, chopped
1-16 oz. cannellini beans, drained
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. ricotta
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Drain excess fat, keeping a small amount. Cook until kale is tender, stir frequently. Add beans and broth. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add ricotta, stirring until soup becomes creamy. Add red pepper flakes, salt & pepper.
