1-8 oz. package softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream
1: 2 1/2 oz. package dried beef
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans (browned in butter)
2 sleeves crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and cream together. Add sour cream. Add onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Add dried beef last. Pour into glass baking dish, a pie dish works well. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers on the side.
