1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
6 oxo cubes, crumbled
2 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 large carrots, peeled & chopped
2 onions, chopped
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 can (28 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 pouch of "Lipton 7 Vegetable" recipe mix
6 cups water
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, cook beef until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil & reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 2 hours over low heat, stirring occasionally.
