4 C chopped Roma tomatoes
1 large onion chopped
1 fresh jalapeno pepper chopped (I use seeds. You may use more or less to taste.)
1-2 T chopped garlic
2 T cilantro chopped
1 T olive oil
2 t balsamic vinegar
1 T lime juice
