5 lbs.Cabbage
2 oz. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cabbage with salt.
pack solid into jars. Fill with cold water. Put on cap, screwing band firm. This will ferment for 3-4 days and will be ready for use in 4-6 weeks.
