Thinly slice:
2-3 cucumbers
-1 green pepper
-1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Boil equal parts sugar and white vinegar for 2 minutes
(usually cup of each but for large cucumbers increase to cup of each)

Place cucumbers, peppers and onion in a bowl or pan that will not melt. Pour boiling sugar-vinegar mixture on top. Add pepper to taste.

Pour mixture into Tupperware container and seal. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Can be eaten after 24 hours.
