7 large baking potatoes 1/4 cup margarine, melted 2 T diced white onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Scrub and boil potatoes until tender. Drain and let cool. Peel potatoes then grate into a large enough Pyrex casserole dish. Cook margarine, onion, soup, and cheese until well blended. Pour over grated potatoes - don't mix in - just gently (with a fork) poke holes letting the sauce into the grated potatoes. Bake at 350 º for 30 minutes.
