3 EGGS
1 CUP OIL
1 CUP BUTTERMILK
1 TBSP VANILLA
1 CUPS SUGAR
2 CUPS PLAIN FLOUR
1 TSP NUTMEG
1 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP ALLSPICE
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP SODA
1 CUP SEEDED, CHOPPED PRUNES
1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS




GLAZE:

1 CUP SUGAR
1 TBSP WHITE KARO SYRUP
1 TBSP VANILLA
CUP BUTTERMILK
TSP SODA
STICK BUTTER

CAKE:

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL. BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.


GLAZE:

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A SAUCEPAN. BOIL FOR 2-3 MINUTES. POUR OVER HOT CAKE, USING A FORK TO MAKE HOLES IN THE CAKE SO ALL THE GLAZE WILL BE ABSORBED.
