1/2 C melted butter 2 C sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. Baking soda 1 tsp. Vanilla 2 tsp. Cinnamon 2 C. Flour 1 C. chopped nuts (optional) 4 C. Chopped apples Pinch of salt
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9x12 pan. Mix dry ingredients. Then add eggs and melted butter. Mixture will be very thick. Then add apples (and nuts if used). Spread into greased pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Serve with whipped topping. Mmmmm good.
