1 cup sugar
1 cup white Karo
1 cup chunky peanut butter
5 cups plain Special K cereal
6 oz. butterscotch chips
12 oz. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar and Karo in a large sauce pan--don't boil. Add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Add Special K cereal and mix (takes some muscle). Spread this mixture in a 9x13 pan.

In a separate sauce pan, melt butterscotch & chocolate chips together. Pour this over the cereal mix in the 9x13 pan.

Let cool & harden in refrigerator. Let it sit out at room temperature for awhile before cutting it into squares.
