9 inch unbaked pie crust
1 c. lightly steamed broccoli
4 eggs
2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
pinch pepper
1/2 c. grated cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Line pie plate with pastry. Cover with cheese and broccoli.

Combine eggs, cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper in a bowl and beat to mix thoroughly. Ladle custard over broccoli and cheese.

Bake 15 min. at 425, then lower heat to 350 and bake for 30 more minutes or until knife comes out clean.
