1/4 lb. Kielbasa sausage cut into pieces 2 boneless chicken breast cut into pieces 2 cups salsa 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice 1 cup water
Spray large nonstick skillet and heat. Add sausage and chicken; cook and stir 5-8 minutes. Add salsa, rice and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5-10 minutes or until rice is tender. Serve with hot pepper sauce.
