10 slices sourdough French bread, cut into cubes
2 lbs. bulk sausage
1-1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes into a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish slightly buttered.

Cook sausage until it changes color. Drain. Arrange sausage over bread and add 1-1/2 c. of the cheddar cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Pour over the sausage and bread layers. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, top with 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Cut in squares.
