Crust:

1 cube butter
2 T. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

First Filling:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
1/2 large (9 oz.) container of Cool Whip

Second Filling:

1 small package of chocolate pudding (instant)
1 small package of vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk

Third Filling:

Remaining Cool Whip

Cream together the butter and sugar; then add 1 cup flour and 1 c. chopped nuts. Press into a butter 9 x 13 x 2 buttered pan and bake in a 350º oven for 15 minutes. Cool.

For first filling, cream powdered sugar with softened cream cheese, and then add 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spread first filling over cool pie crust.

For second filling, combine 1 pgk. chocolate pudding and 1 pkg. vanilla pudding with 3 c. milk. Mix until thick, low speed on your blender for approximately 2 minutes. Spread over first filling.

Next, spread remaining Cool Whip for third filling. Serve ice cold. Can also be frozen.
