1 c. steel cut oats
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. diced walnuts, (or 1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs butter, or oleo
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Grease the bottom and sides of slow cooker with the 1 tablespoon butter, or oleo. Add the remaining ingredients and mix in the cooker. Cook on low overnight, (7-8 hours). Makes 4-5 servings.
