1 lb. Bob Evans Original Sausage
5 green onions
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
2 oz. chopped pimento drained (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and stir until well mixed. Pour into greased 1 quart baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or garlic bagel chips.

We always double this recipe! If you have a small crockpot you and transfer the dip into that after it bakes in the oven and keep it warm for hours of grazing!
