4 c. leftover stuffing
4 c. leftover turkey, cubed
1 1/2 - 2 cups left over vegetables
2 c. turkey gravy
4 c. leftover mashed potatoes
2 Tbs butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread stuffing evenly into a buttered 9" x 13" pan. Layer turkey, followed by vegetables such as corn, peas and carrots, broccoli or mixed veggies. Sautéed mushroom are really good. Pour gravy over all. Spread mashed potatoes on top and dot with butter. Bake in 350ºF oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with left over cranberry sauce and left over coleslaw.
