6 medium whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 - 8 oz. package Swiss cheese slices
1 - 8 oz. package sliced cooked ham
2 T. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
6 T. butter
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 chicken-flavored bouillon cube
1 T. cornstarch
1 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spread chicken breasts flat. Pound breast in plastic bag to make flat. Spread breasts with ham and cheese slices; roll breasts up like a jellyroll. Fasten with toothpick.

Mix flour and paprika to coat chicken pieces.

In 12" skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook chicken until all sides are brown. Add wine and bouillon. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until fork tender. In cup, blend cornstarch and cream until smooth; gradually stir mixture into skillet. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve over chicken.

This is Deb's favorite dinner. I have made it for a lot of company. It really is very easy. I get the chicken at Costco already boned and skinned.
