dried oregano
minced garlic or garlic powder
salt and pepper
lemon juice
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Rub down both sides of lamb chops with olive oil, dried oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and juice of one large lemon. Place on broiler pan and broil 4 minutes on each side.
