1 lb mushrooms, rinsed and stems removed
1 8oz cream cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp beef bouillon crystals
1 pkg provolone cheese, sliced into small squares

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tsp butter in a 9x13 glass dish. Mix together cream cheese, onion and garlic powder, and beef crystals. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Cover each mushroom with a small piece of provolone cheese. Place mushrooms in glass dish. Bake at 375 for 15 min.
