3 T brown sugar 3 T white wine 3 medium carrots, blanched and sliced 3 fresh mint leaves,finely chopped
In a large saute pan combine the brown sugar and white wine. Stir over low heat until the sugar melts. Add the blanched carrots and chopped mint. Toss with carrots, mint and sugar and sugar are tho9roughly incorporated.
