8 oz. crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg beaten
8 oz. cool whip
4 large granny smith apples, diced
1 c. salted dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, keeping juice. In saucepan, combine pineapple juice, flour, apple cider vinegar, sugar and egg. Cook over medium heat until it thickens. Remove from heat and cool in refrigerator. After cool, add cool whip, apples, crushed pineapple, and 1/2 of chopped nuts. Mix well. Sprinkle remaining nuts over top. Refrigerate.
