1 lb ground pork (can also use beef or turkey).
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
a little pepper
6 - 8 oz of Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put the meat into a mixing bowl add flour and mix. Add eggs one at a time and stir mixture. Slowly add milk. Add onion, salt and pepper. Stir, but do not over mix.

Heat a pan with butter, margarine or olive oil. Form meatballs with a tablespoon and place them in the pan. Cook the meatballs about 12 -15 minutes, turning several times to heat through.
