6-7 potatoes, peeled and sliced

1 c. diced ham (or substitute)

1/2 c. chopped onion

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle ham, onion, salt and pepper on layers. Repeat till full. Mix soup and water and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 for about an hour, covered
