2 lbs. Boneless Beef sirloin or Tri-tip cubed
1/2 C Ketchup
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder

Whole Mushrooms
Zucchini cubed
1 Red pepper cubed
Fresh Pineapple trimmed and cubed
Boiling Onions or quartered Onions
Long Skewers soaked in water

Directions:
Cover and marinade in refrigerator overnight: beef cubes, mushrooms and zucchini in first five ingredients. Drain off marinade into a saucepan. Thread meat, pineapple and vegetables onto skewers. Grill 15 mins turning often. Meanwhile simmer marinade for 15 mins and serve with skewers.
