1/2 cup butter
10 eggs
8 oz. Ortega chopped chili
1 pint cottage cheese
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Beat 10 eggs and beat again while adding flour, baking powder and dash of salt. Add chopped chilies, cottage cheese and grated cheese, and mix all thoroughly. Pour on top of melted butter. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and cook an additional 35 - 40 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.

All of us think this recipe originally came from Grandma Marge. It is written on an ancient blue recipe card that is covered with stains so that you can hardly read the directions. We have used it a lot over the years.
