One cut-up chicken
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard (not powdered)
2 strips bacon, cooked, cooled and crumbled
Zest of lemon
Juice from lemon
2 tsp. fresh thyme or oregano, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chicken. Grill the chicken. During the last 10 minutes of grilling, baste the chicken with the mixture using a brush.
