1 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. water pinch of salt 1 pint marshmallow creme 1/2 c. chopped nuts or candied fruit 1 tsp. vanilla
Boil sugar, water and salt until it forms a hard ball in water (285º). Place marshmallow creme in mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup. Continue stirring until slightly stiff or until the candy holds a peak. Fold in nuts and flavoring. Drop from spoon onto waxed paper or buttered plate
