2 3/4c. flour
4tsp. baking powder
1/2tsp. salt
1/4c. sugar
1/2c. chopped nuts
1tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2c. marmalade
1c. milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add the chopped nuts, grated orange rind and marmalade. Beat the egg well; add milk. Stir this mixture into the flour mixture. Mix until ingredients are moistened. Turn into a greased loaf pan and let stand 15-20 minutes. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour. When cool wrap in waxed paper and store in covered container for 24 hours before cutting.
