1 pound ground beef
2tbsp. chopped green peppers
2tbsp. chopped onion
2c. cooled tomatoes
1 can corn
2tbsp. chili powder
2tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat and form into patties. Brown hamburgers on both sides. Saute peppers and onion in a pan and add the tomatoes, corn, chili powder and salt. Bring mixture to a boil. Pour over meat and bake in 325 oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve with rice.
